Wick Keating (CEO) has over 25 years of experience in IT, systems integration, and management. He was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of AMS, a $1 billion IT consulting and software product firm serving large government, financial services, and telecommunications organizations. Wick has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Wharton.
Joel Sachs (CMO) has over twenty years experience in IT marketing. As the Chief Marketing Officer at four early stage companies Joel has a proven track record of building sales pipelines and company valuations. Most recently he was Senior Vice President, Marketing for Riptech were he was instrumental in positioning that firm for acquisition by Symantec. Joel has a BA in Math and Computer Science from Loyola and an MA in Math and MS in Computer Science from Penn State,
Rick Rothstein (Chief Scientist) was a Vice President at AMS and that Company’s most senior technical architect. He has been a designer, developer and system architect with a focus on large-scale systems. Rick’s particular expertise is solving the toughest hardware/software problems. He has an AB in Math from Oberlin College.
Frank Nicolai (Director) was one of five founders of AMS and had a major role in growing that Company to over $1B in annual revenues. Frank’s roles included Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
John Reece (Director) has extensive experience as a Chief Information Officer for large organizations. He is the former Deputy Commissioner for Modernization and CIO of the Internal Revenue Service. He was also the CIO for Time Warner and Alexander and Alexander, a global insurance broker
